We do not collect any sales taxes on international purchases made on www.latalia.me.

For orders in the UAE, you will be charged 5% VAT which will be added to the purchase price when you check out.

However, you are liable to pay any and all local customs duties and taxes in your country of residence. Local customs duties and taxes are not collected by Espeka or payable by us.


All international orders on www.latalia.me are shipped using FedEx International Priority, which includes tracking information and signature on delivery confirmation. Typically, FedEx delivers within 3-5 business days after shipping. You will be emailed a FedEx tracking number upon shipment of your order. Delivery times are not guaranteed but are our best approximation.

UAE orders include complimentary shipping and orders are usually delivered within 1 business day. For orders within the UAE, an in-office pickup option is also available and can be selected during the checkout process. All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you check your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.


All orders placed on www.latalia.me are fully insured for theft, damage, or loss during transit to you. If you notice damage or loss of any items in your order, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at [email protected].


Currently we cannot ship orders to countries that prohibit the import of finished jewelry. These include Bahrain, India, Russia and Azerbaijan. We also cannot accept orders from the following countries: Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Nigeria, Yemen and Zimbabwe.


If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, please contact us.


This return policy applies only to purchases made on the www.latalia.me website.

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, unless otherwise noted on the product page or unless the item is resized or a special order.

Items must be returned in their original condition and must be accompanied by any and all original certificates, documentation, and packaging. We cannot process returns on items that have been customized, worn, used, altered, or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse returning any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements according to our sole discretion.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used.

Any shipping costs incurred for the original purchase, or the return will not be refunded and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any charges incurred by Espeka in the transaction, including credit card charges, will be deductible in the approved refund cases.

We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items lost or stolen while in transit (as part of your return shipment). For security purposes, we strongly encourage you to choose a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.
